3 day workout plan... suggestions?

So im trying to find the most effective way to get my workouts in 3 days a week... anyone have any programs or suggestions?

I was thinking

Mon - Chest/Tri's
Flat BB
Incline DB
Dips

Wed - Back/Biceps
Military Press
Pull ups
Chin ups
Rows
Shrugs

Fri - Legs
Squats
Leg Press
Calve exercises


Where can i put deads in here?
