Unanswered 3 day Training Program

Evening guys!

Been training off and on for about 5 years now. Recently started back up after a year of upheaval in my life.

Anyways I've come up with a training program which I've been using for the he past 13 weeks now and I'm just wondering what you guys think of it and what I may need to add or change going forward.

So: Day 1
Flat Dumbbell Press 5x5
Pedley Rows 5x5
Incline flies 3x10 x 2 for 2 different inclinations. 1 click off flat, 2 clicks off flat.
Lat pull downs Front and back 3x10 superset.

Day 2
Deadlift 5x5
Squat 5x5
Incline dumbbell row 3x10
Leg extension and ham curl superset 3x10
Seated Row 3x8
Leg press 20 reps til failure

Day 3
Military Press 5x5
Incline Dumbbell press 5x5
Side raises superset with front raises 4x10
Flat flies 3x10
Facepulls 4x10

Any advice would be appreciated no matter how harsh 👍🏻

I have limited gym time for 8-9 months out of the year.
Might look into HST. Its 3 days a week and i have been doing it for over 5 years. works great for me. I have modified it a little over the years since I haven't been able to do compound lifts for many years now do to injuries.
Plus at 56 years old the recovery time is very helpful.
