3 day split help for off days...

Hey guys, I am going the wannabebig 3 day split... I am wondering if its cool to still do the P90X Plyo work out on my Tues, Thur off days... For those of you who do not know what it is... it like jump training to make you faster and improve cardio.

I am training to put on more muscle (bigger chest, arms and so on) i do not care to gain a lot of weight... but need to do what i can to get bigger muscle.

No. Don't do both at the same time. It will affect one another on the progress.

Finish your wannabebig split and then do p90x when you're finished.
 
here is the problem... I am a pretty strong guy... I have completed one round of P90X... However after I was done I took about 5 months off (bad idea) and now I have picked up an extra 15 pounds that is all in my belly... so my muscle looks small (make sense) I am wondering if I need to add cardio and high quality protein - veggies to get rid of the extra belly fat but stay on the wannabebig program to push heavy weight so I can also try to increase muscle... once my belly is gone (hard to keep it off) my muscle looks good...

ideas?
