If forearm development is your goal, I find Reverse Close-Grip Preacher Curls, as well as Zottman Curls, are great for forearm development!

I do reverse preachers from time to time, reverse grip cable curls always get me really good too.
 
Hmm, I also had the tiredness problem. Ill up my carbs. Also I get weird headaches. Otherwise im okay.

Day 28 Chest

Lifted late last night, 9pm, and took a scoop of jacked to get me through it.

Weightes suffered from lifting so late, but I had an amazing pump and solid overall workout.

I would not say recovery is up, as I still get really sore after good workouts (legs are still sore from 3 or 4 days ago)

I've also been doing 1 hr of low impact cardio daily

6 weeks so 2 bottles to use and one to cuddle with.

If this is the case, in 6 days I'll give my third bottle to my training partner and see how he likes it.

-mickfoot may be right on the soreness thing as my legs have a crazy deep soreness (played 4 hrs basketball yesterday and always do some form of cardio daily in addition to tough leg WO's)

I've been on prime stacked with super sap and phyto test and had headaches for the first week as well as being tired. 2 weeks into it now headaches are gone and strength is up some
 
i havent lifted since friday, but ill be hitting arms tomorrow.
I just wanted to stop in and say I took an AP before eating a bunch of pizza today and the fullness is unreal as always, got the pump/full muscle feeling everytime i curl the cup of water to my mouth.
 
I'm going with what I quoted from USP in post 55 and am going to give the third and final bottle to my training partner to see how it suits him.

Recovery-5/10

This was supposed to be the shining aspect of this product, but I did not notice any change whatsoever.

Aggression-0/10

unlike PH or well designed natty test boosters, there was no workout rage.

Without this product having a known method of action, I just have no idea what to try to be judging it on, which is why this final review, and the log as a whole were subpar compared to my many other logs.

For me, the only true result from prime was lethargy accompanied by a little anxiety.

On the other hand, I thought Jack3d was as clean as a stim as any, very easily digested (no stomach discomfort, nausea or squirts like with many preWO) the pumps however we not stellar by any means.

Any more questions ask away, I'll post "after" pics tomorrow.

A big thanks to USP for letting me try this, Ive been very fond of their AP and also liked jacked and powerFULL.
