3-AD How to take 6 a day?

I will be starting in a couple of weeks what would be my second 3-AD cycle - enjoyed the first.

Last time I found I needed the 6 rather than 4 (started around day 18 on 6 and ran to 26days) - I am 190lbs.

I was automatically thinking 2 morning 2 lunch then 2 pretraining but reading the booklet in the 3-AD box while sat here looking forward to it I noticed in the Ultimate Cycle suggestion to take 1 cap after training to increase anabolism.

I am now thinking maybe 2 morning 1 lunch 2 pre workout and 1 post OR 3 morning 2 pre and 1 post?

whats the way to go?

also do i start on 6 or perhaps go 4 a day for 3 days and then add in the extras

maybe run the cycle on 5 a day and use 2 morning 2 pre workout and 1 post workout?
 
Just split it up into 3 doses. 2 caps each time. I'm sure you know by now that taking in 20 grams per dose is ideal. A lot of people may take 3 caps at a time and not take in enough fats to cover the extra cap.
 
You can get away with about 15g fat with each dose as well if this is an issue.

Yeah. That was actually a typo. Please disregard that little bullet from the pamphlet. It has been removed from later inserts. Sorry about that.
