3-AD cycle log

Another tremendous workout yesterday, hit quads and calves, and even though tapering down still feel strong, legs and calves stayed pumped and looking full, 4 days left then pct, I'll do a final summary then.

Well here is my final review on 3-AD, this was an un biased review no hoopla or nothing like that, just straight up what I experienced and results from it. I was a little leary at first with 3-AD because of the price tag associated with it, one of the more $$$$ cycles I have done, but wanted to see if it met label claims, so here it is, the lowdown!!!

Starting weight 233 lbs. Final weight 249.5 lbs. so almost 17 lb. increase in weight, now take it I did see a littl e bloat, not much, I would say about 3-5 lbs were water weight, still not bad.

Look bigger and fuller than I ever have and also even leaner, and people are noticing this, keep getting questions on what I'am doing.

Strength was increased as well as endurance and recovery
time from the brutal workouts I was doing. Also there was a sense of well being and increased sexual drive while on cycle.

As far as the dosing goes, for next time don't think will mess with 4 a day, didn't see nothing from it at all, started seeing progress with 6 and most of the strength and size came from 8, so that might be a magic number, felt like a mad man on 8.

Sides, the only sides to say I had was high blood pressure, but that was my fault because I forgot to take my Cycle Support, once started taking no problems, and also started seeing Lethargy with 8 a day, always tired and tough to get going, now once I got going, get out of my way because I was going to run you over. But other than that nothing to speak of.

3-AD surprised me, seen a lot of hoopla and this and that with it, and was skeptical on getting, because a lot of times with the hoopla you get nothing, and with the price tag was really thinking hard about getting, The price tag is the only down fall I can say there is about it, but to pay for something that will give you the results that I had is well worth money spent.

I think for a future cycle stacking 3-AD with Epistane would be even more awesome, real dry and hard look with phenominal strength gains and vascularity, that total shredded look.

But who ever looks into cycling 3-AD just be sure to eat clean and go on high protein low carb and moderate fat (good fat) diet, and you will see more of a change in everything with this, had to cut some carbs out in the beginning because was getting to big, but got the diet straight and everything else came into place, then the damn holidays hit, well that's another story.

Put on pct right now with Thermolife T-Bol, SNS Inhibit-E, Anabolic Innovations Perfect Cycle, AX Lean-FX, Labrada Humanofort, Gaspari Plasmajet, Vitamin C and E, Multi and just basics.

Another note I do believe now in taking Vitamin C and E during and after cycle, because a few cycles in the past got real sick with a cold or flu or something and now taking these not any signs of even a sniffle, strong believer now

But also want to say thanks for the guys at AX who have helped out with suggestions and questions that I had before and during cycle, also thanks again to everyone who has helped.

But like the label and adds claim, if you want to be a ALPHA MALE in the gym go with 3-AD it meets and exceeds label claims.

Good log, I am looking for something to stack with my HAVOC for just before the summer, and 3AD is starting to look like the right choice.

No problem, just glad I could help people out with a log about 3-AD to answer any of their questions, but today is day 4 of pct lost a little size but that was just the little bloat I had, other than that muscle still their, really didn't lose any strength yet, but time will tell, also thinking of giving body a break from the heavy weight, a couple of aches and pains that don't want to go away, attributting it to the strength gains while on cycle, thinking of hitting GVT for about a month to give body a break plus to change things up some.

Just some basic advice on cycle... you shouldnt drop the heavy weights in pct... keep your training hard and heavy in pct. your body needs to get used to the size. If you start training with less intensity you will lose more size

I see where your coming from, but between shoulders and left knee, I don't know which one will do me in first, and it really just started aggrivating me, but GVT training is pretty intense, but I will see how I feel next week.

I have to disagree with the above. You should scale back the intensity during your pct. Not implying you should switch to light weights or super high reps, but do not keep training with the same intensity. The elevated cortisol and estrogen levels along with reduced recovery (due to coming off the anabolic) you will do more damage than good trying to keep up the same intensity. You will also want to reduce your calories as you will not be able to process the same amount.
 
It's been a little over a week on my pct and doing pretty good, strength has only gone down slightly, but a couple of nagging injuries although not that serious just annoying has gotten me to train a little different for a while to see if they go away, I attribute this to the weight I was pushing on cycle, intensity is still there just hitting it with a little lighter weight and incorporating drop, tri and super sets into the mix with more reps and sets, actually it is pretty intense, It's kinda like a improvised Milos Sarcev workout, but felt kinda bad the first two or three days after cycle but bounced back strong, I'am attributing this to the Lean-FX and T-Bol two very good products. Did lose a little size, but that was just some of the bloat going away, which was actually not that much, but I'll be stopping in from time to time giving my pct experiences.
 
so u need at least 6 caps a day to get results??? thats crazy!! at $56 for 90 caps u gotta be one rich mutha to do a succesful cycle of 3AD!!
