2nd try at cutting

at one point i was 200 lbs.. i cut down to about 180.. and seemed to lose little fat...i bulked back up to 190 and it seems it was little muscle.. i take things slow.. i dont know what my problem is... but enough of that... i'm currently 188 and i would like to see single digit BF.... i would like to do it by mid march and then start on a very slow bulk that will hopefully not require me to have to cut again for a good 6 months... here are pics.. just taken at 5 pm... right after a PWO meal of chicken and brown rice.. i worked legs.. so i have ZERO pump in my upper body.. is this goal attainable? i will post diet after pics.. holidays were a bitch on my workouts.. so i'm looking pretty flat.. especially in the shoulders

will be adding fruit and veggies... (broccoli and bananas) to at least three meals.. not sure on the caloric values.. it wont affect it much i know
 
definitely attainable.

you've got a good solid base, your arms look huge.

i would calorie and carb cycle.
make high carb days the highest cal days, and rotate through the week..
something like:
high/moderate/low/moderate/low/high/low or however you want really. (just an example)
i kinda make my higher carb days leg days, and low carb days off days....and other lifting days are moderate.
cycling carbs and cals will keep your body guessing.

as far as the time frame, i'm in the same boat as you. so i'll be watching
 
thanks man.. my arms are pretty big.. about 17.5 in the mornin cold.. makes the rest of my body look like crap.. i cant get my upper chest to grow.. now matter what... i'm hoping losing a lot of bf will make my chest come out
 
everything will look bigger when the fat comes off.

just work hard, and go for carb/cal cycling.

alotta people stall in fat loss because their bodies become used to a calorie deficit
