Im 23, 130lbs I did my first small "cycle" for 8 weeks over a year ago. It included SuperMandro, M-Test, Eradicate, and an awesome liver support that I lost the bottle to. It was successful, gaining significant strength and getting up to 142lbs. Now im looking to go a different route. I just purchased MK-677, 35ml from PureRaws. I intend on doing 20ml 5 days on 2 off as ive seen on forums for less sides(I heard it takes many months of use for results). Id like to get as much out of it as I can with the weight gain. I was wondering if any of you vets may have opinions as to what I could stack with MK-677 for greater results.

Stack the MK with as much food as you can possibly shove down your gullet.

I'm sure you're already aware, but 130lbs is very light (unless you're extremely short, with very little body fat). While hormonal products can and will help, a major caloric surplus (paired with the MK, due to the appetite/hunger increase) should serve you well.

I'm 5'7 and lean as ****.. I've been making sure I get 2200 to 2500+ calories a day for almost 2 months now staying strict. Added Naked Mass gainer. Gained 4+ solid lbs back but seemed to slow down. I'm just done recovering from chronic sciatica I had for over a year from work. So I lost all that I gained previously.

If you have trouble eating, you could try 25mg of MK upon waking. Run if 5 on and 2 off.

Ultimately you have be resolved. You are going to stick to a pattern of eating and training that you can stick with, and works for your body.

If you have certain pains and aches, your going to have to work around it, push through it, and not perform movements that will further injure yourself.

Health and lifting is for the long haul. It's okay to make slow progress, if you are making progress. If you weighed almost 160, and lost a lot of lean mass, you will recoup it faster now than before, due to muscle memory.

We are here for you, you going through issues, or depression, we will encourage you.

Thank you man. I will try dosing in the a.m. when I start. I lost over 15lbs sense my injury. I'm going to avoid squats and deadlifts for another month or so until I'm confident in my recovery. I'll work the calves and do leg raises for the time being just to give my legs some sort of stimulation.

I understand your plight. I started lifting around 110 pounds, and that was with food and drink in me.

Yeah I think I may have hyperthyroidism. Both my mother and grandfather(her father) do. Considering starting a log for my weight gain with MK-677, supplements and diet. Something to look back on and keep me on track.

Take a b-complex with every big meal to help digest/breakdown carbs/protein faster which should also help increase appetite!

Do you realize that isn't enough calories, brother?

You're right, just to maintain I need about 2,200. I figured the mass shake thats 600+ calories with fruit and milk 300+ would do something. I know drinking your calories isnt the best option but its helped get more food down later in the day.

Rice and pasta. Can help you improve energy requirement. Consume milk with your meals if your digestive system tolerates lactose well. Eat energy dense foods before other types of food. Example: eat rice before you consume a salad or veggie.
