just wanted to let you guys know what kind of results i have been having on my second round of PF. i did my first 4 month run of it from sept 27 - oct 27. gained 7 lbs of lean mass when i was at a complete stand still in progress for the 6 weeks before that. also got stronger.
this time i am gaining weight (started at 204 and am now at 207) but the main difference is the stength. just to give an example, i have moved up on the DB bench from 80 lb DB's for 8 reps to 95's for 8 reps today and could have done another. this is all in 3 1/2 weeks and also with less than stellar nutrition during xmas and new years with drinking and such. this progress is all over too, not just bench. i am still totally shocked at how just the addition of a single supp (i have kept everything else the same: calories, meals, no other supps except protein) can make such a difference.
thought you guys should know how kick ass a supp this is. thanks Ceosm and i cant wait to try the new beta!!!
