Morning all,
I have just made the purchase for my 2nd PH Cycle ... Just wanted your advise & comments on diet/routine & any helpful tips you can offer.... I will review the results as I go along.
I ran a 4 week CEL HDrol cycle last year with OK results.
The aim of this cycle is to maintain/increase lean/dry muscle whilst getting a more cut-up defined look.
CYCLE DETAILS:
CEL X Tren @ 90mg per day for 4 weeks
CEL Cycle Support (Tabs)
CEL PCT Assist and HGHUp for Post Cycle
I decided to keep the X Tren dosage pretty mild & not bother stacking with additional PH's as Im wanting to cut bodyfat/weight rather than bulk.
I am planning to keep the diet & calories at maintenence with clean eating .. high protein and low carb.
I will stick with my current routine of a 3 day split 4 days a week.
CURRENT ROUTINE:
Back & Shoulders
Legs & Arms
Chest
Usual training = Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
I look to start all workouts with 10 minutes HIIT on the treadmill.
I will be posting some before & after comparisons at the end of the 8 weeks (inc PCT)
Cheers.
