this is my first cylce so here's were i stand
175lbs
24 years old

been working out for 2 years now started at 150lbs and worked my way up but i cant get past 175lbs
200g of protein/also drinking one gallon of water daily and im working out 5 days a week
hemogen-50mg
no-explode 3 scoops 1hr before work out
600mg of milk thistle daily
pct-nolvedex XT but i have clomid just in case
today was my second day bicepts/back didnt feel much but the no-explode is defenetly working
