2nd cycle tren or dbol?

i am stocking for 2nd cycle I am going to run 400mg deca and 500mg test e a week for 10 weeks and winstrol for 7 thru 13th week which is what my first cycle was this time i want to add some dbol or tren I don't know which would be better and how much to run for how long. And maybe there is a better choice could someone clue me in.

What are your stats?

You already plan on running 3 compounds and its only your second cycle. I would just stick to those 3, but if you wanna kickstart it with something, just use prop.

Ok, first off it sounds like you need to do some more reading. 10 weeks on deca is not long enough really. Also you DO NOT want to add tren in with the deca, way too many sides. Dbol is as always a good oral to kick start a cycle with. 30mg a day for weeks 1 to 4-6 would be fine. Test prop as mentioned is also a good option for kick starting a cycle. Your cycle should look something like this

500mg test e weeks 1 to 16
400mg deca weeks 1 to 15
30mg dbol ed weeks 1 to 4,5 or 6
30mg dbol ed weeks 17 and 18
AI of your choice while on the dbol.
250iu HCG twice a week weeks 8 to 18 or 1 to 18
Start PCT week 19, ether 40mg of nolvadex for 2 weeks then 20mg for another two weeks or 40mg nolvadex for the first week then 20mg ed for the next 5 weeks (6 week PCT)

You can easily swap out the dbol for prop and that might be a better option if you don't mind the injections.
 
skye pretty much hit everything.

I am a firm believer that your first cycle should be test only and then you should add one thing at a time or increase dosages. I am in my fifth cycle and it is only test/epistane/t-4. If you jump into everything now, what do you have to look forward to in the future? how can you guage where your gains/sides are coming from?

I think you should do test/dbol now, maybe test/deca/dbol next year and not even think about tren for a few cycles down the road.
 
thanks for the info i much appreciated will do more research that seems to be the answer to everything knowledge is power.
