Ran Havoc/Stano last fall for 6 weeks, gained 10lbs and kept every bit of it.

I am planning another one right now, just looking for opinions

WK 1-6
Havoc 40/40/40/40/50/50
Stano 0/0/600/600/600/600/600/600

PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20
DAA 3/3/3/3/3/3
erase 0/0/1/2/3/1

Clenbuterol (first time use) pyramid up everyday 20mcg from day 1 to day 14 stopping at 120mcg - rest 2 weeks then may go on again depending on results.

I am also running all my support supps, cycle assist/liver/joint/support

Thanks!

Clen on Epi+Stano? Watch out for your BP. I would say start Stano before Epi, keep Epi @ 6 weeks and good luck...also Erase is like this:

Erase:
0/0/3/3/2/1

Be prepared for mad cramps if you try any cardio

Was planning on using the clen during PCT.

So start stano 2wk before epi?

Near the end of my cycle last time I started to cramp a lot and get back pumps. Taurine helped the back pumps and a little on the cramps. I was drinking a galon and a half a day as well.

So so you think, permitting bp is ok, running clen post cycle would help me keep my gains while continuing to lose body fat?

Don't see a point unless you are hopping on stage. Clen allows for you to lose BF if you are on a caloric deficit. If you are on a caloric deficit on PCT , where Cortisol is sky high, where your endogenous hormonal production is low and when your body is recovering from the impact of exogenous hormones...then you really need to revisit your PCT concepts brother.

Be patient, slow and steady wins the race.

Yea deff watch your BP. When I do anything with clen I always jump start with coq10 and Hawthorne berry.

I have a log on another pro horomone forum with a similar cycle. Results were killer.

My cycle was Epi/Tzone/Clen my BP was not over the top I posted it up about 5-6 times during my log pre workout, intraworkout, and post workout.

I shredded up very nicely comming off a major bulk.

Epi Trenazone and Clen is right in my books, if your BP checks...but Clen on PCT or playing with high doses of stano , epi and clen...yeah that's just tempting luck.

Good to know you liked those results, Epi Tren is by far one of the best combos I know. Have you ever tried T3 or think it wise to add to this combo?

I actually talk about adding T3 in my log. But was talked out of it. I am in contest prep right now (8 weeks out) and contemplating using T3 for the first time.

I would love to see a log of it with T3. The only reason I ve steered clear is due to not wanting to manipulate the thyroid without know any of the long term effects it could cause. I have studdied up ove this last year and pretty confident I will go back to homeostasis once off. My grand mother and my mother have had thyroid issued, both take meds. So thats why I thought long and hard.
