2month old crappy pics

I havent posted pics in a while,
But i am bored, the pics are crappy, but i figured i would share,
these are about 3 months old
I am on a binge ROUTINE strength hypertrophy split, and hittin cardio like a madman.I am on an old IA diet, that i tried and liked once b4.
I am bigger and leaner now but no one take pics, I probably have like 10 mor lbs of lbm.
I am going to the arnold in 6 weeks or so I Am busting my rump to get leaner, just in case some fitness chick wants to compare abs.
5'11 211 in the pics, i am 225 now.
I dont know what BF% i am in the pics probably 15+
I am going to look SIC when i get to about 8%

looking pretty good.....your 211 in those pics? I would have guess a you at about 190 with about 12% bf.

are u sure ur 211 @ 15%?
u look more like 190-195 around 12%

yeah i am sure i havent been under 200 in 3 years,
the closest i have gotten was on IA's diet, to 208.
I guessed on bf, i gave up on that a long time ago
I gave up the guessing when around the smae time some dude put me at 23% a couple of times.
with calipers and the staitic scale (barefoot)
I was like OK SURE.

Oh and about the weight, I got wheels...
in that pic my chest is 46"
arms are 16.5-17
shoulders-53
waist was a relaxed 38 at navel
pictures were taken at 10-12 feet. :cheers:
