29g,5/8 slin pin for quad shot[LR3IGF 1] ?

has anybody used a 5/8 slin pin for a quad shot ? ive used a 1/2 slin pin to do a couple of quad shots ,just had to press a little., but my question is "can that be far enough into the muscle?"iiiiiiive done bi's ,tri's and quads with no without any discomfort at all. but like i asked is this far enough into the muscle for LR3IGF 1 or any thin oil brew ?

yes , its fine . dont worry too much about the depth . 1/2 is fine .
