Hey guys, long story short I'm young and on trt. I just had gynomastia surgery cuz my last doc was an idiot. I now have a new endo and he's great. My last labs revieled a negative sperm count, I'm very concerned about this. I have a 760 total T and a 245free T level currently. My estro was around 20. My protocal is 150mg test Cyp wk. These tests weretaken Right b4 my next shot in the trough. I am getting started on HCG 1000ius eod. Is there anyone out there with experience in HCG and male fertility? Thx for looking fellas!

Your Dr is uneducated in hrt and by adding in 1000 is of hcg eod your.custodial.is going.to.go.through the roof.
At.25 years.old i would.be asking why are you.on hrt in the.first.place? I think Dr jump.to.conclusion.to.fast.sticking.younger guys on hrt when it.is.not.needed.in.the first.place. Ideal with cases from drs on a weekly basis.with.this. Be amazed.how a.few questions would be change the.whole.course of the.treatment.

what is custodial and why is that important? Also, the reason i'm on HRT is because i had a 220 Total T level over a year ago. The doctor put me on it and didn't try clomid

Why was it low in the first place is what it comes back to. If you are <35 then you may not even have need HRT if the root of the problem was addressed. I can not tell how many guys are not off HRT and doing fine once the underlying problem was addressed. Again ever case is different so there are no promised, but at least we know every thing is back filled which helps resolves symptoms HRT did not help with if worst case scenerio.

My Test was low because I started using steroids at age 19. I used them off and on for a few years. Towards the end I was not responsible...no PCT...staying on too long, ect. I was off of everything for over a year when I got tested. Do you think I should come off and try clomid therapy? My endo is suggesting that I try clomid this summer when I don't have much on my plate. He and I are both aware that i'm gonna feel like **** for a while. Really I don't mind if i stay on TRT as long as I can get my sperm count up....
