I had shoulder surgery at the end of September. I have been rehabbing on my own and making decent progress. I am benching 120 x 10 with dumbells on a flat bench. Still not comfortable enough to try the barbell. Anyway, a buddy I work has some GH. Is it even worth it at 24? Will it make a noticable difference with the repair of my shoulder? What is a horse shoe? Are there horse socks? Is anybody even listening to me?
