My urine iodine has consistently been elevated on my last 2 labs, the most recent showing a level of 776.7 (high) on a ref range of 28.0-544.0.
May be a stupid question, but given this, methinks I have more than enough iodine from diet and supplementation and that I should logically not seek additional exogenous supplementation.
Anyone disagree?
