Hello.

I am 22 years old, I have been a bb.com forum user quite some time. I am trying to seek advise on what is a SAFE and effective way to make massive gains at my age.

Here is my current stack:
Superpump
Re-con
Modern BCAA
*** - Heart Multi (changing to Orange Traid soon)
Combat Powder

What would be the best route at my age to take? TEST? HGH? or What? I am trying to seek advise on this forum where as bb.com cannot help.
 
Only "safe" way to make gains is to do it naturally. You can do that effectively as well, but your definition of "massive" may never quite line up with your results.

Steroids aren't as dangerous as many other things, but I wouldn't classify them as "safe" by any means. This applies to HGH, etc. as well. I actually made a recent thread on the topic.
 
whats a starting product to recommend? i have good genes, can put on quite about of mass but im looking for more.
 
just looking to put on some serious lean mass, im about 3 1/2 weeks back in to things. looking to get back in shape and do some damage, still got a little stomach but its going away pretty quick. just wanna be a monster...
 
Eat about 300g protein and 4000 calories a day while lifting your ass off as well as getting proper rest,, keep your diet as clean as possible while still hitting the calories... do this for six to nine months before taking anything,,,, in the meanwhile do more reading than you do asking,, start with the stickies... if you're not able and/or willing to do this, you're not ready
 
Come back in about two years after serious diet, training, and research.

2 years? its looks like im in better shape then you and iv only been training for a couple weeks buddy.

im just askin for some support here i know about all the dietary and pre-supps already if you read my posting, im doing everything right just looking for some faster better gains.

My point exactly why waste your natural potential now when youre in prime position to make natural gains. Get your diet down and your training down and you can make some serious gains naturally. No need to go to steroids this early on. Just trying to give you some real advice man.

That's the point,, you're 22... you'll never have more natural,, NATURAL!!! Ability to grow due to your huge amounts of testosterone,, take advantage of that.... don't go screwing up your endocrine system yet,,, I say if you can go a year with eating 4000calories a day... clean calories,, 300g protein and work your ass off,, you'll be blown away..... if you don't have the discipline to do that,, send me pics of your first lactation when you screw this all up.... meat is just about the most anabolic substance on earth!!
 
Here's what's really wrong with this thread: you're inexperienced and have not posted the two most important things to making significant gains, which are diet and training. How much are you eating per day? Have you continued to increase calories as you gain weight? How's your training? Have you gotten stronger/hit a plateau?

If you can put on as much mass as you claim, then why not continue with that route until you hit a real sticking point? Wait...that would make sense.

Too fast my man. Like everyone else said you don't even need to worry about those yet or even at all. If you're naturally able to make great gains, then keep it that way. It's only been 3.5 weeks and you already want to take steroids, etc.

My advice:
Try reading some logs on supplement stacks for the future. Maybe after 10 months of training pick up a stack that got a good review and give it a go.

If you are asking what to take, hgh or steroids.. you are nowhere near ready. One who is ready, researches there ass off before ever even coming close to wanting to use. They come to the forum with a very well, designed proper cycle, asking if everything is good. Members then respond with legit, accurate, honest results and then they are ready to begin.
