21 year old suspect low T

testlevel

New member
I am a 21 year old male, I lift heavy and eat clean.

I suspect something is up with my test/e2 levels, I have always had a very thin bone structure, a very quite voice, have a difficult time getting erections even in the presence of a hot female, have wide hips/pelvis and womanly thighs (despite being at around 10% BF) and had pubertal gynecomastia since I was 13 (which I had to have removed at 18).

I had bloodwork done when I was 18 in which the endocrinologist said there was nothing wrong with me before I went ahead with the gyne surgery. And I recently had bloodwork done a few weeks ago to see if I am eligible for TRT. To which the same endocrinologist said nothing was wrong at all.

(Bloodwork done at around 8am for both tests)

Estradiol:
125 pmol/L (18) --- 140 pmol/L (21)

Free Testosterone:
426 pmol/L (18) --- 425 pmol/L (21)

Testosterone:
17.3 nmol/L (18) --- 14.6 nmol/L (21)

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin:
23 nmol/L (18) --- 23 nmol/L (21)

I am in vastly better shape now than I was at 18, I find it very strange that my test is decreasing already, and estradiol is going up (it was high to begin with). The endo said my results were within the range and that these fluctuations can happen during various times of the day, despite the fact that I explained to him they were both taken early in the morning.

I feel like I have no choice but to take matters into my own hands, based off the little research I have done online it seems that 100mg test E every 2 weeks is a safe way to go.

Any input would be highly appreciated, I have never used anabolics before. I am aware that TRT is for life if I start now.

So to summarize my main questions are:

1. Does 100mg test E per 2 weeks seem reasonable in order to get me into the 600 pmol/L range given my bloodwork?

2. From what I understand a PCT is not necessary when on such a small test cycle of 100mg/14 days, so will I not need to bother with HGC and/or an aromatase inhibitor?

3. Given that my estradiol is pretty damn high (140 currently) when the range on my lab sheet is <150, again would an aromatase inhibitor be of any value?

Thanks

1. Do not play the number game or listen to un educated people out there you do not need total test of 600-800 to feel good BS
2. Do you have symptoms of low T?
3. further evaluation of adrenal, thyroid, lifestyles, nutritional and other systems need to be conducted. FIND OUT WHY ITS LOW !!!
4. 21 year old last thing you want is to be stuck on testosterone for rest of your life
5 modulate estrogen through lifestyle changes and diet. From the numerous cases I worked on one would be amazed at what I find when you start asking the right questions then making corrections e2 drops in half with in 6 weeks and T goes up.
6. Given the information presented, I think you need to highly reconsider your information because it is completely non logical and potentially very dangerous due to your lack of proper knowledge.
If a Dr presented this data to me I would have to suggest HRT would not be administered since there is not enough data to my satisfaction.

firstly, i would like to say i sympathize with you in many regards. I thought i was doomed to be weak and i had come to accept it as fact. Fortunately i didn't play with my hormones until older in regard to anabolics. There are numerous ways to raise testosterone without going down the crutch route (having to take T as prescription for the rest of life would fall under crutch category to me) At vitamin world there is a supplement called Tongkat Ali. It comes from Malaysia and in many double blind studies was confirmed to actually raise testosterone, where tribulis fell short after a few weeks. It, unlike steroids, raises your endogenous test in a few different ways that are akin to aromatase inhibitors and SERMs. Its cheap too, at least in comparison to *** products. Avoid *** because they sell unnecessarily at high prices and only a few of them work, albeit for only a short time, too short for what you wish to do. Also, check zinc and vitamin D. Vitamin D has some connection to test levels. Higher the vitamin D higher test. IDK enough about zinc but it DOES work. the first indication of higher test levels is the morning wood that could begin. IDK if your erectile dys is a test thing or a circulation thing or other. matrix knows more on this in regards to appropriate levels, but it would seem that a lot of information is available to you if you google all the things you want to know... I listed Tongkat first because it had been the most effective way to raise endog. test. Your body fat % sounds too low for low test, but that is just my opinion. I hope i have been of help. God Bless

DAA 3g ED till whenever you feel like stopping. Possibly try a very mild dose of AI. at that to what salvid and matrix said they know whats up

I don't always agree with him, but Matrix is 100% correct. One of the fallacies here is that with a range of let's say 200-900, you need to have test levels as close to 900 as possible to be normal. That isn't the case. Most men range closer to the lower side, not the higher side and still have a great sex life. The elevated E2 can be addressed many ways, but as Matrix said, get to the root cause. If you were 50, I'd say go for TRT and enjoy the ride, but you're too young to be stuck on TRT for the rest of your life. What problems are you experiencing that make you think you have a problem?

Disagreeing can be a good thing because it will only correct misinformation, or make one think about something else in a total new light.
A good debate will not hurt any one, but one may walk away by learning something new..As we are finding out there is much more the just hormones one needs to look into..
