20mcg to 50mcg

If 20 does not give any noticable difference (hunger, etc), would 50? If so, what would one look for to know the dose is working as desired?

I got a very slight "rush" almost. Its hard to explain, but I could "feel" it a moment or so after injection. It was like a slight internal,... well,.. up the dose another 20 ti 40mcg ,and see if you can feel anything.

I also felt pumped when I did any continueous activity.
