2024 = Back to square one.
I lost everything—my place, my stability, and worst of all, my physique. I went from being shredded at 195 lbs and 11% body fat to ballooning up to 240 lbs at around 35% body fat.
I’m 42, I have a TRT Doc I get my meds from but they can only legally prescribe and advise on one anabolic at a time besides the test base.. I’ve cut down to 217 lbs at 21% body fat. I recently got off Ozempic because it was messing with my digestion (slowing my GI tract down way too much). I switched to phentermine about a week ago and so far, so good. My daily intake is between 900–1800 calories. I run 4 miles every day and hit the weights in the evening five days a week.
Here’s my current cycle:
I added phentermine because I plateaued hard at 220. I was also prescribed Remeron, which I believe contributed to that stall—despite holding at 2,400 clean calories/day and not overeating. I’ve since stopped the Remeron and switched to Trazodone, which I’ll be trying tonight. I’m hoping it improves my sleep, mood, and indirectly, my gym performance.
Goal:
I’m trying to get back to 11% body fat as fast as possible. I know it’s an aggressive goal, but I’m willing to do whatever it takes—summer’s almost here, and I want to be ready.
Question:
I have oxandrolone, anadrol, clenbuterol, and albuterol on hand.
Would it make sense to add in 10–20 mg of Anavar (oxandrolone) and possibly albuterol while staying on a very low-calorie diet? I’m aiming to burn fat aggressively with my current training regimen.
Looking for real input—especially if anyone’s run a similar setup or has experience stacking like this during a cut.

- HCG: 1,000 IU EOD (13,000 IU)
- Test Cypionate: 1.2 mL/week
- Deca: 0.5 mL/week
(Split into 0.65 mL and 0.25 mL twice a week for Test/Deca respectively) - Tamoxifen: 10 mg AM + 10 mg PM
