Hey all, I’m kind of considering a beginner ph stack.
Is being 39yrs old an issue? And what kind of side affects could potentially arise?
Could you guys suggest a good beginner stack for me please?
Side of it is being impatient, I’ve got a few more kgs to lose yet before a bulk.
Typically what’s the standard muscle mass people put on when their training and nutrition are on point too?
