2016 Training log - Trying new things

I've added 1.5-2 ml of TD alpha gains stano, but i only have 1 little bottle and it will only last 15 days at that rate. Then onto endura shred.

Hit back this morning and it is probably my fav body part to train, got a good pump and had good mind muscle connection especially for the last few sets.

Diet has improved and is a lot cleaner this week.
 
I finished the dmz yesterday and i stuck with 3 caps for the majority of the run. I did bump it up to 4 caps for a few days but only noticed more lower back pump. No real strength increase to note. I wont be using this brand of dmz again. Still have about 6 days of TD alpha stano left.
I will start my endura shred now, track my macros and add in some cardio and see if i can improve my body composition for summer.
 
I reckon i have about a day or 2 left of the alpha stano and then i will up my endura shred from 2 caps a day to 3.

My shoulder is still playing up so i haven't done any real benching or over head presses. Im just trying to work around that for now.

Diet is pretty clean and keeping carbs for my post workout meal. After that my carbs are from veggies and that's it.
 
Now running 3 caps a day of endura shred. Eating clean and hoping to drop a bit of body fat. I have no doubt that the dmz was either bunk or severely under dosed.

Rest day today, but will try and get in some cardio or try and keep busy around the house.
 
Just remembered i had 1 bottle of blr formeron, so i will be adding that at 2 pumps a day along with the 3 caps of OL endura shred.
