Does anybody know about this event? It's the only thing listed anywhere near my location on Powerlifting Watch. I just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who'd ever been.
I read on another forum (can't remember which) that it's a good starter meet because it's not sanctioned and there won't be any douchebaggery over rules and whatnot. I'm a little bummed there is no squatting, but you know what they say about beggars.
Also if you haven't done it but are in the area, here's a place to talk about it. Basically, I'm open for any discussion on the matter.
