well guys and girls, my bodybuilding contest season wrapped up with a 2nd place finish in the masters, and 3rd in the heavies!!!!!!!! there were some boos from the crowd win the results were given, which made me feel really good. also i got lots of positive feedback from judges, other competitors, and spectators. my goal is to come back in 2009 and totally dominate!!!!!!!!! i may do a powerlifting comp later this year but for now, eat, train, eat, train, eat,eat,eat, oh and eat some more. Many congratulations!

As I am entering my final competition of the season as well this coming weekend, I am debating about how to go about starting up my offseason.

Any tips? Advice? What are your plans? Diet? Working out heavy again?
 
planning my assault right now! all i can say is that "no doubt, it'll be lights out"! when i hit the stage in 2009, that NGA Pro Card is mine!!!!!!! I weighed in at 235lbs, gonna bust my ass to hit it at 250 next year. I'll keep you posted. thanx for the love.
