20 Years old no libido, erectile dysfunction, high testosterone

I have had no libido or erections for the past 2 years, no morning erections either, no history of steroid use. Does anybody have any advice they can offer me here are my test results

Testosterone: 877

Free test: 10.5

LH: 3.2

FSH: 4.0

Prolactin 6.3

Estradiol: 17.2

Speak to your doctor. That's the best place to start. Bro advice can be useful at times but no one on here is a doctor, last I heard.

Btw forgot to mention all other bloodwork on kidneys liver blood all checked out to be perfect, not overweight either. Also got a penile mri everything is fine down there, I will talk to a doctor but the medical system in my town is notoriously slow, took me 4 months to get an mri once.

Awesome Ill get those checked, theres no way its blood flow though. Ive exercised all my life and am in amazing shape, also ive used high doses of polyherbal compounds to increase blood flow only to mild effect in terms of erections, libido unaffected.

Is my estrogen low enough to be causing these issues?

This is not a joke, do you watch a lot of porn? I had an issue when I was your age and I finally figured out that it was because I was watching porn nearly everyday and desensitizing my brain to normal situations. sorry if I'm off base here, but this is becoming a huge deal for young guys that can see any tits they want at the click of a button lol

Thought it was that, havent watched porn in 1 year, went 6 months no orgasm, never masturbated in 1 year. Wish it was that lol!

To be honest its not bad at all, scared me like hell at first, but now I dont even really think about it. Its actually amusing to me now, sex drive and libido have become like an alien concept to me that I vaguely remember. I understand what old people say when they talk about how when their sex drive went away they were finally able to get work done.

That being said I want to feel things for naked girls again LMAO

Haha knew that one was coming, nope not gay. Going to experiment with a few supplements that induce cyp19 (aromatase) activity. Will report back for the curious.

I'm a doctor. A love doctor

There are some research chemical sites that advertise on here that sell Viagra and Cialis. Why don't you try those?

I can chemically induce an erection if I want, plenty of potent herbs lying around the house. I want my libido back man.

Btw I am going to keep this thread updated with all test results and doctor diagnosis for those who might be in a similar situation.

I know stinging nettle inhibits 5 alpha reductase, does divanil do this as well? Might not be the best thing for me if it does.

Interesting, anyone know where I can get pure divanil? See it in a few products but they also contained l-dopa and aromatase inhibitors, both of which are huge nono's for me for their own reasons.

What rx meds are you on?

This comment makes it sound like your on antidepressant. Are you on any ssri? If so there is your answer

With all the blood tests, have you not talked to your primary care physician, or been referred to an endo??? Your total test is great, but your free test should definitely have been flagged! Normal range is like 45 to 200. Yours is 10.5! When it comes to libido, total test means nothing! That just means what's flowing through your body, NOT what's getting used. Free test is what matters and yours is tanked. At your age and lack of endogenous hormone use, this is most likely secondary hypogonadism, which means your body is making test, but not using what it should. You should really see an endo. I had a similar issue, starting when I was 30. I have been on TRT since, and it absolutely changed my life and probably saved my marriage! That was 5 years ago. Also, at your age their probably not gonna give you TRT, but will get you in the right direction.

Hey thanks for your input! I am talking to primary care doctor tuesday, will get referred to endo. Wouldnt secondary hypogonadism have LH and FSH testing low though?

I'll be a doc in two more years. So I don't know if you want my advice or not, but here it goes. I want to see more lab work, SHGB, Cortisol, DHT, and sensitive estradiol assay. Also, if estradiol is too low in men, then it will also kill your sex drive and erections. This would explain why your test is on the higher end of the range since estradiol exhibits most of the negative feedback on the anterior pituitary. If all lab work comes out normal, then it's a vascular problem, which you would use something like viagra to treat. If viagra doesn't work, then it's a signal transduction issue that any ED drug may or may not treat. But I've never heard of someone having a signal transduction issue, only acknowledging it's possible.

You're about to head into residency?

Alright ill get all that tested, what freaks me out is how insanely low my free testosterone is. My bodyfat is low prolly around 9 or 10 percent, I also look vvery muscular for not having lifted in 2 years.

Well, at least you don't have to worry about ****ing up your life over some *****. Ha. Not much you could do to it anyways.

Also, post the whole blood work. everything they did, It's always helpful to get the whole picture when doing a differential. just black out ur name

Alright ill post the whole bloodwork soon, yeah ntornado none of those really apply to me, I get plenty of carbs, very nutrient dense diet, and I have both gained and lost weight in the last two years to absolutely no avail.

No you dont.. that obsession is apparently extremely hard to beat. Saw a special on Dr. Phil about it. They were saying that is a harder addiction to beat than smoking.

^^^ I wouldn't say I had an addiction or craving for it but I was watching about 5 times a week and honestly took me about a year to get over it and I was in my prime college years. I got to the point where any girl I brought back to my place I just couldn't get it up. Just flat out embarrassing and depressing, but now Im better than ever. Crazy how the brain works.
