20-year old IFPA Pro Natural Bodybuilder Puts Asteroid Stack to the Test

Really quick asteroid stack update: I think its starting to kick in. Not only have my sleeps continued to be unparalleled with how refreshed i wake up but I am starting to feel almost a constant slight pump which always happens to me while i take a combination of prime and anabolic pump. Really expecting good things to come in the next few days
 
Im at my gf's for the week and I have to say, this is very anti-hardcore bodybuilder of me but for the first time ive been in a Planet Fitness I somewhat like lol Despite the whole "no judgment" posters they have all around it was really big and spacious, filled with a lot of good equipment and has a really nice setup. Ill still take my worlds gym but it was pretty nice although i was still affraid of making any noise lol

Mood:11/10 <- thats right, 11/10, I said it lol
Energy: 9/10 <- Me and my gf had been out since 1 in the afternoon doing a bunch of stuff and went straight to the gym at 730 after walking around the mall for a few hours, I had my serving of jack3d as we did 15 minutes of warmup cardio and I was bouncing ready to go by the time we were done.

I really think the entirety of the asteroid stack has kicked in full force which is very nice because I havent even completed two full weeks yet. The way I know is I honestly didnt want to stop working out at the end of the workout lol I was just feeling really good throughout the entire workout and felt like I could have continued for another hour when I was done. Ive always said besides the very obvious muscle gains prime gives me, one of the most noticeable things I see is my endurance skyrocket. Normally after a workout like this I would be spent, but as you can see I added in another back workout after my traps because I just wanted to get a little more work in. So far so good, just as expected.
 
Woo, killed an upper body power workout with the gf today. Got it all done in about an hour and 15. Ive been on fire lately, the workouts have been going really well.

-Asteroid Stack Update-
I definitely feel things kicking in full swing. My workouts have been more instense, I can feel myself getting a little bit more out of each set and when I reach the end of my workout, I simply want to keep going, my endurance is definitely improved. Also the quality of sleep on powerful is second to none. I wake up a little groggy because I feel like i get in such a deep sleep but once I get out of bed and up I feel extremely well rested. Anabolic Pump is doing exactly what Im used to. Im dosing it pre breakfast, pre wo and post workout ( all three of my higher carb meals) and Its very obvious when I miss taking it for whatever reason for a meal that im supposed to. I can really feel the carbs sitting in my stomach. When on Anabolic Pump i dont feel bloated what so ever, even with my pre & post wo meals of 100g of carbs.
Mood: 9/10
Energy: 9/10

So far so good, im thinking about upping the prime dose to the recommended HardCore dose of 9 pills a day once I reach the second bottle. Ive never tried that before and im interested in how Ill feel in adding 3 more caps/day
 
Well Ive been a little busy lately so havent been able to give as many updates as I would like but here are a few highlights from the past weeks lifting. Im hitting PR's like its my job

Squats - 405 x 4 (im getting back to where I was and im loving these knee wraps, they feel really secure)
Deadlifts - 455 x 3 (PR in terms of reps for that weight see video!)
Leg Press - 1080 x 5 (PR)
Incline DB Press - 115 x 8 (PR)

-Asteroid Stack Update-
Those are all the lifts that really stand out in my mind over the past week. I really have been feeling unbelievable in the gym, my moods been amazing, energy through the roof and im just really getting the most out of every gym session. The asteroid stack has definitely kicked in full force. Endurance is endless, ive only been getting ~6 hours of sleep lately (its 3 am as I type this out) yet I feel very rested and am able to get through my entire day no problem. Those two things I attribute entirely to Prime and PowerFull, no question. I always get those two effects when I use the asteroid stack and they're always welcome when they kick in lol. As for Ananbolic Pump, it continues to do what it do. I ate a 108grams of carbs in my pre wo meal toda acy and felt like nothing was in my stomach.

Weight was up a bit today to 211.2

I took some updated pictures this morning, im weighing right around 212 right now and Im loving my conditioning right now at that weight. I can wait to add another 20lbs to my frame over the next few months and see where my strength is at. Something ive noticed since I started the asteroid stack are two different things (both are very welcomed). My metabolism seems to have kicked into high gear because ive only gained a lb but increased my carbs 50g since I started, ill just have to up them even further. Also as you can get an idea from the pictures Im walking around all day with a sort of pump. Its not necessarily the type of pump you have in the middle of a workout but I my muscles just feel fuller than usual its a feeling that I can only describe through the fact that i feel "more aware" of my muscles just durring everyday activities because of how full they feel.

Well im in week 3rd and a half week of the asteroid stack and so far it feels almost more effective than the previous times ive ran it. Normally it wasnt until week three until ive felt all the effects but ive been feeling them strongly since the beginning of week 2. My endurance is great (attribute that to Prime), I never want to stop the workout, my nights sleep have been deeper and more fulfilling than ever (attribute that to PowerFULL), my tendanitis in my elbows have not bothered me one bit (thank you superCissusRx) and frankly im getting frustrated with Anabolic Pump. Its working too well. I keep increasing my calories from carbs and KEEP LOSING WEIGHT!! I started eating 375g's of carbs a day and was 211lbs 3 and a half weeks ago and Im now up to 425g's of carbs a day and stepped on the scale at 209 this morning?! Wtf, right? All while hitting PR after PR in the gym though so I guess I cant complain and MUST be gaining LBM. Ill just have to keep increasing the calories and eventually Ill have to gain weight.

Well, it seems i tore up my shoulder again and i'll probably need another surgery so i had to quit the stack and no more lifting for quite some time. FML!!!

Just stopping in real quick to tell a brief little story about today that I hope motivates everyone who reads this. As you can see I posted in this log last night pretty late after I had just got back from one of my 3 jobs, bouncing at a bar. After that I proceeded to get on here and a few other message boards and facebook, answer a few questions. Then I spent another hour finishing a lab for my Programming Languages class. I finally went to sleep at around 3-3:30. My schedule for friday was class 10:50-1 then I had to do a lot of clerical stuff around campus, get my parking permit and to get my TA position finalized. Then my dad was coming up to visit before the game tomorrow, we would get something to eat then I had work 5-930 at Old Navy (second out of 3 jobs). Knowing I wouldnt be able to get to the gym Saturday because im going to the Penn State football game I set my alarm for 8am this morning to get to the gym before class even though I didnt get to sleep till about 3:30. Well, I woke up at 7, an hour before my alarm because still after 6+ years of lifting Im excited for every gym session. So I ate breakfast, got in my car and had one hell of a shoulders workout.
Now im back home from work and studying for the GRE's which I take on the 13th. This is why I hate people who complain they dont have time for the gym, if its a priority to you youll get it done.

I dont't think I've ever been this in tune with my body, everything just feels right in and out of the gym.

On the diet side of things, im actually starting to get a little frustrated. I've been eating 100% clean, tracking my calories but I just cant seem to put on any way. In fact i've been LOOSING. I started tracking my calories at 400g carbs/ 240g protein / 65g fat when I was 211lbs. I know have them at 475g carbs/ 240g protein / 70g fat and am down to 205.6 this morning. I guess im going to have to up my fat to 80g's and see how that goes. Even though my weight has been decreasing my lifts and LBM seem to be increasing. i never thought it was posible to lose fat and gain muscle but idk it seems like my body is doing that now. I still would like to get back above 210 a.s.a.p
 
Okay, just finished up the day with my macros being 515g carbs / 85g fat / 260g protein. If im not up in weight tomorrow morning I need to get my stomach checked out for a tape worm haha

Good luck on the GRE. I didn't take it but a buddy was studying just the vocab and I was blown away by how much info you need to retain to even sigh up for the test.

Everything with the stack is honestly going better than I planned, I've lost a few pounds which isnt necessarilly what I had planned but my strength has increased an astounding amount. PR's almost every power day. I've only been getting around 6 hours of sleep a night and Im suprisingly well rested thanks to powerfull. All in all this is my best. most successfull asteroid stack run yet

I did well, not as good as Im capable of though so im taking it again. I got a 700 on math but ran out of time with 4 questions left which pissed me off. For some reason i decided that I didnt trust myself and started double checking even the most trivial of answers and wasted to much time.

She was taking the regular gre as well. She called me up super pumped when she was done because she did really well. Then she added oh by the way I saw jason there. I was like waaat Im posting on his thread when I get back home, haha.

Asteroid stack helps in all aspects of life lol PowerFull makes me sleep like a baby so i was wide awake at 9am to take the test

Ive been sleeping about 5-6 hours a night and never stop moving during the day, I just got off of work now so looks like tonight will be no exception. I have still been hitting the gym consistently though 4-5 times a week and my gains have continued to skyrocket. Tonight I hit chest and bis before heading to work and It was one of the best workouts Ive ever had. I have probably about a week or two left on the asteroid stack and it is definitely going to be missed when it over. I really think this time around was one of the most effective runs ive had on it.

whats your timing of dosing on the AP and POWERFULL?

I ask because isnt gh at its highest when insulin is low and as AP is an" insulin potentiator " im curious.

The way I dose AP is 1 pill 15 minutes before breakfast, pre and post workout meals. And powerfull I take 15 minutes before heading to the gym and right before bed.

Took that last night just cold. My asteroid stack run is over and this was hands down the most improvement ive made over a 8 week period in a LONG time. Im really busy until tuesday but tuesday expect a big write up of everything. To sum it up, i gained a lot of LBM the past 8 weeks
 
I finally took the GRE today so I should have a lot more free time now to post up workouts and all that good stuff.

I only took about a weeks worth of the stack and only 2 servings of the asgt. Great progress too bro. Keep up the hard work.

Sorry for the delay guys ive been done with the stack for about 2 weeks and have continued to lift hard since just have been swamped with classes, taking the GRE's, and 3 jobs Ive been a little pre occupied to get this review up but here it is.

Powerfull - I give this two thumbs up. What i found most notable was the improvement of quality of sleep with powerfull. So far for the semester ive been getting anywhere from 5-7 hours of sleep, never more and sometimes less but I've somehow stayed coherent and well rested for the most part and happened to nail a 790 out of 800 on the math part of my GRE's.

Anabolic Pump - As youll see later my strength has skyrocketed over these 8 week span of the my asteroid stack trial yet I dropped 3 pounds, and that I attribute to anabolic pump. I started eating 350grams of carbs a day which ill admit was probably a little low but i upped it over time to 600grams a day and still the scale didnt budge. Anyone whos doing a contest prep diet definitely a staple in their supplement regime.

Prime- I really don't know how to sum up the results I had from this. Unbelievable i guess is the best way to describe it. My strength and endurance are just endless from the two week mark on while taking prime.

Good golly man!!! You just keep cranking out the swells. Awesome job on the GRE. I never had to take it but a 790 of 800 in math goes to show you're not just some meat head bodybuilder, you're incredibly intelligent as well. And the numbers do you know justice. And I hear you on the big for my age deal, but you my friend are big for pretty much any age.

Keep bringing that motivation this way. Great job thus far!

I never had to take it but a 790 of 800 in math goes to show you're not just some meat head bodybuilder, you're incredibly intelligent as well. And the numbers do you know justice. And I hear you on the big for my age deal, but you my friend are big for pretty much any age.

Thanks alot man, yea i have to believe its hard to find a computer science major / professional bodybuilder out there.
Im continuing to work out hard 4-5 times a week but its too bad that that number has had to be 4 fora couple of the recent weeks. I hate missing days but my work load has just been to much as of late. Never below 4 days a weel though thats for sure and I still lift hard everytime im in the gym

I hear ya. School sucks but it pays off once you finish. At least youre bringin it with every set you do so youre heads above most lifters IMO.

Thanks man, its 440 am and I just got home from the gym about an hour ago. I actually somewhat like school, i guess thats why im going for 2 more years to get my masters but I had to work on a project for my Internet Programming class today, an email application for android phones from basically 1-9pm, work on an essay for my nutrition class from 9-11, work 11-2 am then went to the gym now im back home finishing my essay. I wish i could sleep more but ****s gotta get done lol
