20% vs 95% forskolin

I've been taking Forskolin-95 for just under 4 weeks now (x2 a day, 1 in morning and 1 at night). Can't see I've noticed anything from it, or what I should notice exactly, or if there's a period of time where you should see something. I'm typically a non-responder to loads of things though. Even Craze didn't do anything for me. I'm odd.

At 50mg, studies had a duration of 3 months.
 
In terms of body composition effects we can only go off the research available. That is why it tends to be recommended for 12 week cycles.
 
At 50mg there are going to be slight, but noticeable, changes over use. That is why it is more commonly recommended for 8-12 weeks to allow more appreciable changes occur.

I still notice something within 4 weeks though. :)
 
Mmm, just wondering if I should get another tub then. Not exactly expensive, but I'm not sure what it's doing, if anything.
 
I have been using forskolin for years (20% standardized). I can't say that I've noticed any changes in body composition, but I am mildly hypertensive and it lowers my systolic about 8 to 10 points. My diastolic is always fine so I don't pay much attention to this number but it may also lower diastolic. If I take too much I get diarrhea. About 4 tabs/day is my limit. I have ordered forskolin 95 to see if it has the same effects.
 
Don't expect too much from it. It's good stuff but I wouldn't expect drastic body composition changes. There is a really good thread explaining this product in the science section. At least I think that is where it is.
 
Ive noticed good body composition changes from just 50mg of 95% Forskolin, however at 50mg i was using it with a couple other ingredients, but the results were phenomenal!
 
there's a over dose for forskolin? i mean beside the GI issues some may have, i've dosed forskolin 95% at 75mg a day and it were great, no sides.
just thinking about dosing it at 100-200mg of 95% pure forskolin, sounds amazing, getting a bit pricy though
any one has tried 100-150mg daily?
 
When i used Forskolin at 75mg i really didnt say i noticed a whole lot more then just the 50mg dose, however it was with other ingredients so its hard to pin point the exact diffrences. Atleast in combination ive thoroughly enjoyed 50mg of Forskolin. Im tempted to try 100mg stand alone.

I would stick to 100 mg; 100 mg is a great dose, no need to spend more money to use 150 mg when the benefits of 100 mg are already excellent.

haven't dosed it at 100mg,probably i will in my next cut, but i know myself i'm looking more into perferction then excellent so i might go with 150mg forskolin 95% daily
