2 week prep for havoc

Hey guys I was wondering if it was necessary to do a two week prep (taking cel cycle assist) before my havoc cycle? I alright am taking fish oil and a multi daily.. I recently got orange triad and additional glucosamine chondroitin for joints

The 2 week prep is to get pass the Hawthorne berry blood pressure spike. U can just buy cheap Hawthorne berry on amazon and load that instead

Just get legit bp meds. You can probably get them for free from an older relative. I posted some dosing parameters earlier for some of them.

I'm on bystolic and honestly bp is not too bad but the hot flushed face/ears is really my issue.

Potassium nitrate would work. Or eat a crap load of spinach daily lol

Are you on that only for bp? If so hygroton would be a much better choice, IMO, and being a diuretic it's great for cutting too lol

Starting a b-blocker as first line treatment for isolated htn is stupid IMO; I'd always go for an ace or thiazide diuretic.

Naw, its also to help with some of the anxiety and hyperthyroidism.
