2 week mdrol pct

hey all,
need some help. Ive run mdrol for two weeks so far (1/2) and want to end the cycle early. in terms of serm, i have nolva, but how should i run it??
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

first week was 10, the 2nd was 20.
so ill go with the first suggestion then.
to get onto another cycle ive read i'd have to wait as long as the cycle was and the pct (so 6 weeks after i end the pct that would mean?). Would you be able to confirm this for me please?

why would you waste your time with 2 weeks of an oral?
did you stopp just because or because you need to?
 
Formadrol (Forma-D) might help you post cycle . you probibbly dont need a strong pct you just put your body threw an uneeded horomonal rollercoaster for nothing. not good man.
