2 questions about M1T PCT

Alright. I did 2 weeks of 5 mg ED and 2 weeks of 10 mg ED, should I still do Nolvadex 2 weeks of 40 mg ED and 2 weeks of 20 mg ED? Or would I be able to use less since I only used half a serving for half of my cycle?

Also during the 2nd half of PCT when taking 20 mg of Nolvadex daily, is it still best to split it up (10 mg twice a day)?

use the same amount as you normally would 40/40/20/20. it's OK to split up the dosage twice throughout the day.
 
4 week PCT is needed. You will be totally shut down after 4 weeks M1t, regardless of dosage. There's no benefit to taking nolva twice a day. It has a long half-life of more than 24 hours. It's easier to just down it all at once.
 
up the amount of nolva taken to 60.. as there is a thread discussing the fact that we need to take more than we thought..
