Planning on starting 2 a days next week. Any suggestions. I was thinking workout longer in the am and in the pm hit conditioning and core. Any suggestions?
Should I hit body parts 2x a week and do conditioning and core. Or just 1x a week with conditioning and core?
I've always hit body parts 2x a week with great results. However why do you want to do 2 a days? Why not just ramp up the intensity and maybe superset if time is of the essence?
