1week m1t cycle

Since most gains are made in the first week and most sides start getting bad
the second week. ie.blood pressure, for me started geting real high the second week. why not just do a one week cycle?
 
I don't think there is any benefit to a 1 week cycle. M1t will shut down your natural test production in a few days, so there's no point in cutting it that short. The (2) 2-week cycle theory came about because the sides get bad after the 2 week point. The 2 weeks off in between helps to eliminate that. If you keep the dosage low, 2 weeks is a good cycle time. Then take 2 weeks off & do pct. If you can handle the sides, go back on for 2 weeks followed by a full pct.
 
i guess im talking about me,I cant see any negatives if my gains are coming in the first week and sides coming mainly the second week.why not. especially when bhp was getting bad at end of first week
 
Most of the really quick gains should not be lbm but rather an increase in water retention due to aldesterone and muscle glycogen. True anabolic effects are slower to kick in and I would say hit the hardest in the 2+ weeks of a cycle. But you can always try it out if it works for you you could try one on one off for like 4 cycles in a row. Minimakl shutdown and sides with a good shift in the anabolic direction.
 
That's true about the immediate explosion of gains many are experiencing being water. I never gain much until the 2nd week on m1t. That's probably because I use 4ad & OHT stacked with m1t. The OHT keeps the water weight at bay. Those not taking OHT or running an anti-e are probably those shooting up 7lbs in a week, etc.
 
I add 11g 4ad & 4g OHT to 8oz of t-gel. I use 2 squirts per day with 10mg m1t. I just started one today. I will probably bump up to 20mg after a week, but keep the 4ad/OHT the same.
 
i tried the 1 week cycles, since im one that gains most the first week.i did 1 on, 1 off, 3 cycles. 6 weeks total. with me it seemed like my body just took it as a 6 wk. cycle at a very low dose. i didn't make gains while on and stop while off, the gains weren't very much but they continued through the whole cycle, on or off. i gained a few lbs. didn't get noticibly bigger, but my strength went up a lot. i used 20mg. this was just an experiment with me but i considered it a failure.
