1st PH cycle for a bodybuilder

3 days into hdrol, no effects, no feelings. though i did feel more driven than usual during my workouts, though that could be placebo because im starting something new.

Im interested in how you get on, keep the updates coming. Most say H-Drol does not really begin to kick in until around week 3.

ill keep posting, today was day 5, still at 50mg...will be bumping to 75mg on monday (day 8).

currently im taking 25mg in morning, and 25mg 60min prior to working out.

when i go to 75 mg, how should i dose that throughout the day?
 
day 9 and having great results so far. appetite is up! strength is up.
for example:

June i was doing:
DB Military 75x5 5sets
Machine Rears 135x15 4sets
BB curls 95x10 3sets

Today i did:
DB Military 85x5 5sets
Rears 140X15 4sets
Curls 115x9 3sets

those were jujst a few that stood out to me today. but most everything went up with either reps or weight, or both
 
Keep up the log man, I am really interested in your progress while on H drol as I have considered running my first prohormone. Hope you continue to get good advice and tips rather then people telling you to research and come back when you have grown a pair. I mean aren't these forums for learning and research? Anyway...good luck!

Sorry for late reply, nothings is in stone with dosage, some people do 50mg breakfast, 25mg pre/pwo. Others split 25mg into 3 dosages. Just try and separate it as faraway from your support supps. (e.g. Milk Thistle)
 
into week 3 now and at 75mg daily. Huge difference this week. up 4 lbs since i started. weights have gone up as well as reps.

i will be continuing my routine for 3 more weeks and when i up the dosage on last week to 100mg i will max out and do circumference measurements again (i did them on day one of the cycle)

so far so good!
 
....my joints are starting to ache, but ive experienced that many times in the past. its due to the heavy lifting and continuous stress. i wil deload once off my cycle. joints wil recover within 10-12 days :)
 
bench felt strong...i did 5x5s today on bench and hit 225x5x5 easy. next week will be 245x5x5 and than 275x5x5. My PR is 275x3. i plan to crush that in 2 weeks

I don't believe he was being a total tard. If i was asking for advice and someone replied with a condescending statement then i would respond the same way he did. I am sure he doesn't want to be referred to as "This kid" either.

2 days off to rest the joints, back into it today. im craving the weights. hopefully im good, i dont want to have to break again while on my cycle.

i have my honeymoon in october, thats my next break. i need my elbows and knees to last me until then!
 
last week at 75mg. joints feel much much better! up a total of 8 lbs now and body fat is only 10% (average from both the electrical impedance and 7 site skin fold)

killer leg workout last night, maxed out both the leg press (1080x10x3 sets, which was after 4 sets of 900x12) and maxed out the leg extensions of 300 for 12 repsx 4 sets!!

loving this cycle, cant wait til monday when i up the dosage to 100mg.
 
11 days lefts on the cycle, im uping to 100mg today. Also i am up 9 lbs from the start. Strength is thru the roof. Put up 90lb DBs on military for 2 sets of 15 reps. Huge improvement as for i was doing 80s for 10reps 3 mos ago.
 
last week, i have seen huge gains! 120 DB press for 3 sets 8 reps. When i started i was a lean 167, i am now in the morning 176, and still very lean. Overall im very pleased with the results, the only sides i noticed was when i bumped up to 100mg, i got very tired in the middle of the day....tired enough that i was taking 3-4 hr naps lmao.

other than that, my lifts went through the roof. i start my PCT on saturday with nolva 20/20/10/10 along with PCT and Sustain Alpha.

Im going to wait until Begining of november and start another cycle, maybe slightly more intense. perhaps superdrol
 
on my PCT, feel normal. very tired first two days. on my 4th day today. will keep nolva at 20mg for another 10 days, than back down to 10. as well as on 5cc 2x daily of sustain alpha 5days on and 2 days off for the next 4 weeks.

all and all im very sastified with the cycle, lets hope i keep my gains and weight!

2.5 weeks into PCT and strength is still there, the appetite is suprising dramatically. Which for me, mentally is easy to overcome. I know when and what i need to eat to continue to grow. I am at 176 now. 1 lb lighter than when i ended h-drol, but still 10 lbs heavier when i started h-drol. 2 weeks to go in pct, i hope to stay around a lean 174-175. i will post one more time on my last day of the cycle, along with options for my next cycle in november!
