1st cycle

I am doing my 1st cycle with superdrol and plan to take 10 to 15 mg a week of it, then go pct with nolvadren xt along with liver support. The only question i got on this is about the dosage of pct nolvadren xt, Should i just maintain the same dosage with it during my pct? I also need advice on the dosage of the superdrol during the cycle
 
Nolvadren XT is not a viable PCT for Superdrol. Google "SERM" you're going to need to get one, and run it during your PCT. It will kick start your test production, and should keep estrogen rebound from causing gyno. You just need to do a little more research.

Ok. It's still going to shut down your test production, so you're still going to need a SERM. Nolvadren XT is not a SERM, though it's named to sound like one.
 
U do know that a first cycle should be test only for example testosterone enthanate 500mg a week in two pins one Monday one Thursday. Along with a hcg running at 500iu a week again split into two pins. Also you will need to run arimidex at 0.25mg eod adjusting accordingly. U will also need to have clomid and nolvadex on hand for a pct.

While that's a great sounding cycle, and might give him better, safer gains, I don't think he mentioned anything about injecting illegal compounds that he'd have to find a source for.

Fair comment but to be honest what's the point shutting your natty test down anyways when you can do a proper cycle.

Which is a good point, but just not everyone is willing to do that. There's quite a stigma towards needles these days.

Lol yea I get ya. Oral only cycles are pointless. Some people disagree but IMO it's mostly water retention and goes after the cycle.

It depends on the compound and diet, I'd say. If we're talking something like a Dbol only cycle with a shtty diet, then yeah, you're just gonna blow up, and lose pretty much all of it. But something like Epistane or Superdrol that doesn't convert to estrogen isn't really going to bloat you at all, and you should be able to accelerate gains at a decent rate if your diet and training are on point. And obviously you need a solid PCT to keep the gains, and you need to eat enough to maintain the new muscle/weight.

Yea that may be possible but you need to run a test baseline IMO it is the big man in the cycle and will produce more keep able gains. Obvs if the user has there diet dialled and trains hard. The pct is very important for keeping gains and recover natty test.

Oh yeah, I definitely agree that test is where it's at, and hopefully I'll be pinning soon enough.
 
6'2" ... 235 pounds and around 11 percent BF ... 51 years old ... I am the oldest bar bouncer in a well known metropolitan party-town. All done off oral cycles.

I'm just now finishing my first two week cycle of test prop. Yep - two weeks that's the way I always roll - short cycles.

If you want to be a WWE wrestler in two years ... then yeah ... you need to go to the darkside.

But if you're in this as a way of life ... for LIFE ... oral cycles are fine as long as they are done correctly. Some guys will only cycle an oral once a year - or once every two years. Orals are for the hobbyist bodybuilder who doesn't want to cross the line of illegality into injectibles.

Good achievement mate. How does 2 weeks of test p work for you what sort of gains do you see?
 
So on this note with the SeRM on hand for the oral cycle, how far after you take your last pill should you start with the serm. And is an AI needed during your cycle. I think for injectable it like a week after your last

It depends on the half life, for oral next day, injectable depends on ester. I like to taper an ai past the serm.
