1st cycle test only

going to start a 1st cycle later this week
500mg test per week
question is how long should i go
all research is pointing me to 8 weeks
is that long enough

IMO that would be the minimum. I'd go 10-12.

I agree.

Which test are you using? If it's enth, you may want to consider using something to help jumpstart your cycle like M1T or fina. JMO.

Bump. What kind of test bro. If it's test prop or suspension then 8 weeks would be great. Test enan or cyp then 10-12 would be optimal, would jumpstart with something.

8-10 weeks will be more than enough especially via the application method that you are using.

Are you talking 500mg applied or 500mg absorbed per week?

That dose seems a little high if you are only hoping to get a total of 500mg absorbed per week.

What you are saying (test is test) is essentially true....once the ester has been removed. But when you inject test enan for example it takes quite a while for the full dose of pure test to be released into the blood stream.

That's the whole point of using the esterified version....slow absorption = less pinning. When you inject (or transdermal) test base the entire amount of pure test is in your system instantly (well not exactly but close). Get the idea?

If you want to compare just go to converion board and check out the weekly calculator and see the difference in total free test levels after 10 weeks of 500 mg per week test base compared to test enan.
 
You only need the eight weeks becuase it will start working a lot sooner than test En, or Cyp. Prop is quick acting as well. But there is your reason:)
