1st cycle sus250 when to start nolva and wot dosage?

hi guys im just about to start my 1st cycle ill be taking sus250 500mg per week split it to 2 injections for 8 weeks.....just wondering when I should start nolva and what dosages and for how long? Thanks

Sust should be ran for a minimum of 12 wks. 500 is a good dose for a 1st cycle. Nolva should start 3 wks after your last injection @ 40/40/20/20.
