Ok Guys I need some advice and figured I would start here before I do anything. Here's the deal I am currently getting myself back in shape and trying to gain my mass back while I am cutting weight. I am considering starting my 1sy cycle and what to know if someone could lay out the best most effective way of going about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am 35 years old, 6'2" 290 and I’m looking to get to 223-230 but want to gain mass and loss weight. When I say I need advice I am looking for what is the best way to go about cycling to nutrition and what ever else I need to know.
