1st cycle -EPISTANE

185lbs 12% bodyfat.Lifting for 5 years.3 years serious lifting.22 years old.

I've been researching around and I'm confident that Epistane should be my PH of choice.

I've seen that some people say that EPI is mild but I'm not taking any chances I'm going to have a SERM on hand.



I'm going to run a 4 week EPI cycle

Pre-Cycle-2 weeks of Milk Thistle,Hawthorn Berry


On Cycle:
EPI 30/40/40/40
Cycle Support

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Erase 0/0/3/3/3/3
PCS 0/0/2/2/2/2


I've done my homework and I'm fairly sure that this will be a good first cycle.
Input?

I have enough funds to run cycle support throughout the entire process but I'd rather not if its not necessary.

Around how much LBM have you guys gained on EPI?

hmm at 30/40/40/40/50?/50?

I know its gonna shut me down anyways but I've heard of people have some side effects over 40mg.What would you suggest?
 
I ran epi over a year ago and put on 11 pounds, kept 7 after pct. 5-6 weeks is fine but I would get labs done 3-4 weeks in and see where you're at with liver enzymes and lipids. If they are just barely elevated, it's normal and you'll likely have no problems.
 
40mg is considered by most to be the sweet spot but you can always lower the dose down to 40 from 50 if you get sides.
 
sweet man so I'll go for a 5 week cycle to start with .If I feel really good at those 5 weeks I'll increase the cycle to 6 weeks

HCGenerate 5 caps a day

NAC 1000mg Every day

Vitamin C 1000mg x4 a day AM,PRE-wo,POST-wo,PRE-BED

I 'm in my last week of PCT from a 4 week run of Epi- strong. I loved it gained 10lbs and nice strenght gains. I have had no sides so far and I feel really good. Here is what I did. I have to say I feel almost as good on PCT as I did on cycle. I will run this again.

4 week EPI cycle

30/45/45/45/
On cycle: Cycle Assist
Fish oil
BCAA

PCT:

erase 0/1/2/2/1
Tamox 10/10/5/5
HCGenerate 5 caps a day till finish
DHA 4/4/4/4/4
BCAA and Super Pump pre workout drink.
 
Ignore everybody who says dont use a SERM. I was an idiot who used epi without one, and I lost most of my gains quickly.
