1st AAS Cycle! - Test / Dbol

Your right about that, sd is bad for the lipids and liver. But very effective, i would like to see how yo make out with var or winny, if all turns out well as your a month ahead of me, i may have to reach deep into my pockets.
 
i may end up going the sd route then, now that i see that it isn't as toxic as once thought. i'll probably end up goign 20-30 mg ed starting around week 10 or 11
 
Just be careful of this supposed "Ninja Gyno" that sneaks up on you and bites your butt half a year after your cycle is over.

Personally I never had this problem but the thought is kindof funny and scary at the same damn time, isn't it?
 
wow just read the thread on the sd gyno issue, i have run 2 sd cycles and have no problem with gyno, then again my last cycle was 3 months ago. Even to here that nolva has no affect.

Day 5: Rest
Day 6:
Worked out my chest today. No strength or endurance just yet, but I am feeling absolutely incredible pumps in the gym. Unfortunately, no strength and i find myself resting more between sets because the pumps are just painful. Can't wait till this stuff really kicks in. Weight is down 1 lb. today for some reason.

IMO 90% of those users had piss poor PCT. And it was indeed NOT SD that caused the delayed gyno, but the uneffective/unappropriate use of PCT...Serm/Ai etc.

Just so you know, a normal sized egg white is 3grams protein, so that 18 grams....
 
1 serving is the equivalent of 1 whole egg. Servings are 1/4 cup I believe.

(I am assuming you are using pateurized egg whites in the carton)
 
Day 7:
Back and bi's today. Today i felt huge during my workout for the first time in a long time. Strength may be slightly up, but nothing too drastic just yet.
Day 8: Rest
Day 9:
Wow. Incredible shoulder workout. Last week i military pressed 165 for 6 reps, today i did 205 for 4 by myself. That's a huge increase in strength over the span of just one week! I can't wait until dbol's true colors shine through. And something else i'd like to add: am i the only one who numbs the injection site with ice before pinning? i find it makes the insertion completely pain free.

I don't use ice but my injections are pain free anyway. Just relax the muscle, use a sharp pin and ease it in slow. Transfer the oil slowly and stay steady and tadaa! no pain. :)
 
yeah i mean the pain is minimal without the ice, but with the ice u seriously don't even know when you've penetrated the skin.

old spice just started the same cycle today 1st timer as well. was suprised that it didnt hurt,.... from time to time i fell like i have a bruse there. havent tried the ice but sounds good. Keep logging ur cycle its a great help to me(selfish) as it helps me perpare.

1. It seems you have a hard time discerning seriousness from jest.

2. 90% is not certain by any means, especially when we're talking about potentially harmful drugs.

3. Whether it happened to 10% or 5% the fact that it happened is just that. A fact. So yes, I guess I will base my facts on that.

guys i apologize for not updating this log more often. my schedule lately has been incredibly busy. what i am going to do from now on is update monthly. so far, my bench has increased about 30 lbs., barbell curls have increased about 15 lbs., and i'm about 12 lbs. heavier. looking and feeling good.
 
update: Today is my 24th day on the cycle. So far, i've gained 12 lbs. (202 lbs.). I've been taking arimidex and nolva (.5 mg, 28 mg) for the past week, to try to reduce the bloat a bit and stop the gyno from getting any worse. My strength gains have been nothing short of incredible. I now shoulder press 80 lb. dumbells for 4 reps, i'm benching the 100 lb. dumbells for 5 reps, and just overall i'm a hell of a lot stronger. Tomorrow, sadly, will be my last day on dbol. Quick question: am I going to lose anything by stopping the dbol now on the 25th day? The test should be beginning to take effect, but i just wanna make sure.

Sounds like good times...Test shoulda kicked in by now from what I have read. Not sure if you will lose any strength coming off the dbol...

Damn cant wait for my first AAS...Still building up the courage to place an order.

When doing chest next time. Try to incorporate light pull workout (back)to relax the pumps you have from the chest.
 
Make sure you take more carbs and protein and good fats during your PCT if not you are going to loose half of the gain.

yeah...also guys i've decided to throw something in towards the end of my cycle to help lean me out for summer. winstrol, anavar, and tren ace are my options. i know this is my first cycle, so this may not go over too well with you guys, but i'd really love to run tren ace at 50 mg ed for the last 4-5 weeks of my cycle. please gimme your input.
 
Day 29:
Guys i'm weighing in at 204 lbs. So far i've managed to gain 14 lbs. My strength gains have been just incredible. I've set new PR's on every single exercise. Bench is up 30 lbs., incline bench is up 30 lbs., and military press is up 40 lbs., just to give you guys some numbers. I'm a little worried though. I injected last night, and today i have a little bump underneath the skin that hurts when i touch it. Usually i just get the sensitivity, but today i have a little lump. The only reason i don't think it's an abcess is because you can't tell when looking at my ass at all. Another question: How do you guys feel about me throwing in some tren ace for the last 5 weeks of my cycle at 50-75 mg eod?
 
Glad to hear your making good progress, keep it up man. Imo dont worry about the little bump so much. I did a shot in my right delt same thing happened. Little bump nothing to worry about, mine took 3 days to go away. Try to use a heating pad on it that should help.
 
yeah it went away. i got another one, but after about 30 minutes of heat pad, it was gone the next day. so far i'm up 14 lbs. I dropped about 3 after i stopped the dbol, and since then i've managed to gain them back. i've also changed my injection schedule. Instead of Tuesdays and Fridays, it's now every 3rd day in an attempt to keep blood levels a little more steady. i also need your guys' input on adding a little bit of tren ace to the end of my cycle.
