1ml luer lock zero dead space syringe

Hello good people. As the title states I am looking for a good 1ml luer lock syringe with zero dead space. I don't want to back load insulin syringes. Thanks in advance
 
I order in bulk and have used boxes of Easy Touch as well as BD and never had any issues with either. They all seem pretty much the same. I don't know what zero dead space means though. Like not all of the oil gets out of the syringe? I don't like insulin pins. I just order 20 gauge needles to draw and 25 gauge to inject.
