4ad how much with m1t?

After trying a couple of cycles (with the last one being methyld) I am going to give a m1t cycle a shot before I begin an Msc course (when my training will have to take a back seat so to speak). My question is how much (transdermal) 4ad should i take with it? And should I begin (and end) the 4ad at the same time as the m1t? Since I have not tried m1t before I am going to start out with 5-10 mg ED. I already have nolva for pct.

You don't want to take any 1AD with it. 1AD is the precursor to 1-test....the steroid you're going to be taking in a methylated form. Thats like adding mild sauce to some hot wings that already have 3 mile island sauce on them. You might be confusing 1 AD with 4 AD tho. 4 AD is good to stack with M1T as it helps to reduce alot of the lethargy and loss of libido associated with M1T. Try stacking 200-400 mg daily of transdermal 4 AD with your M1T.
 
Yeah like rob said, I think you have 1-ad confused with 4-ad. Putting 1-ad in a trans would be a waste of money. The reason for 1-ad is it converts more to test orally.
 
Thanks for pointing that out. I did mean 4ad its just been a long week dont know why i typed 1ad. I just got 2 bottles of 4Derm. Is it better to continue the 4ad with nolva for a bit after the m1t is finished or not?
 
I'm just coming to an end of a 4 week cycle used nothing but M1T and gain 10 pounds of
lean muscle.Can't wait to start a second cycle this stuff is great.

No, don't stay on 4AD. Once you get off M1T, get off the 4AD to let the nolva return your natural test levels to normal. However you might try getting on the 4ad a couple of weeks before the M1T. That way you won't get the sides when you start taking the M1T.
 
IMO, you should do something like this:

4AD: weeks 1-4, 400mg/day
M1T: weeks 2 and 3, 5-10mg/day
Nolva: weeks 5-8, 40mg/day (wk 5,6) 20mg/day (wk 7,8)

You could also start the M1T on week 1 and run it through week 2, but that first week would probably be pretty harsh. IMO, it would be much easier to start the M1T once the 4AD has had a chance to get in your system.

I doubt that is lean muscle bro. Report back 4 weeks after the end of your cycle. I bet you will be down atleast 5 lbs if you keep everything else constant. M1t is a lot of water gain.
