1ad liquid recommended dosage is 1ml twice a day which is 240MG. The 4ad rde is 2 200mg pills a day. Ive done some research and it seems like both of these are way to low. can anyone help from what it seems 400mg of 1ad and 600mg of 4ad is good. Can anyone who has used this or knows about let me know
