idk what 19 Nor people are selling now or how it would still be legal, but the OG 19 NOR made me hella strong. 19 NOR and 4-AD were good for strength. All the rest made me sleepy.

If its legal or even questionably legal, I think he's likely referring to the 19-nor dhea type ingredients that Hi-Tech and some related brands sell in some of their products.

Definitely nothing like the old days.
