I’m relatively new to this one. A few people have said you can run it without a test base buuuuut it converts to deca (in so many words). Wouldn’t that be kinda I’ll advised? I normally don’t dabble with PHs but this one interests me. Anyone have any experience with it? What kind of gains over an 8 week cycle would one expect?
 
It’s so strange that there doesn’t seem to be very many logs on 19 nor dhea. A bunch of 1 and 4 Andro logs but not many 19 nor logs
 
A log of that 19nor (ph)is like a dam unicorn...I mean a real complete relatively detailed log i still have yet to see. To the OP of you decide to follow through with this try and log it as I am sure it will be much appreciated.
 
Yeah, I've been interested in 19nordhea so if you do run it, I'd follow the log for sure. But yeah supposedly it converts to a few different anabolics compounds, the main one being nandrolone. I know it's meant to be fairly anabolic but hardly androgenic at all, which is why some women use it at a low dose, but for that reason some kind of test base should probably be used. It seems like a kind of hard to find compound these days though, I can only really think of abNORmal by Blackstone.
 
Interested in this too...(I’ve never ran anything but the 19nors seem like a good first option)
 
Have you seen fusion supplements Decalone? It’s actual 19-nor androdiol.. 1-step precursor to decay instead of 2 step like nor dhea
 
If I go for it I’ll be sure to log it! I’m on a cut right now but I hate feeling this small, I need mass. As far as Fusions supp goes I’ll have to look into it, I was mainly looking at abNORmal by blackstone. I think it’d be interesting to run but I absolutely need to know if I need a test base. Even then it’s probably just gonna be 4-Andro so I can save my stash of cyp and E. I wonder why I’ve heard so many people say you don’t need a base... I’ve seen people say it actually makes them hard so there’s no Deca dick I’ve heard of. Sorry I haven’t been replying btw, I’m not getting notifications for some reason.
 
Couple Hi tech osta plex logs I've read said they had descent gainz. Osta plex has 19 nor dhea in it.
 
I don’t want to be “that guy” but I just want to be real here. The short-acting version of Deca, you can get for about $150 for 8-10 weeks and you only need to walk to your mailbox in a week or two to get it. I just feel like this is a lot of work to get a drug and pray it converts to what you really actually want, at a high percentage rate. I’d just like to help you cut out the middleman and ditch the supplement companies “last gasp effort” to make a buck selling whatever hasn’t already been banned.
 
Yes you need a testosterone base, unless you enjoy feeling like **** whilst gaining **** all from weak ass ph.
 
I saw these 19 nor phs that supposedly convert at an amount that makes them worth taking. I toyed with the idea of doing it for a while until recently I just said **** it and decided to use the real thing. Getting ready to start a cycle of test and deca in about a week. Excited to see what kind of results I get from it.

**** hit the fan for my source, have to wait. Otherwise I figured 19-nor might be interesting in the meantime.

I don’t get it how does **** hit the fan with a source? Do you people only rely on local connects or some ****. Mad people use online bitcoin etc and have no problem.. if you ask me it’s scarier to get gear in person than delivered if I had to voice an opinion. I dunno..

Example if you start buying from some dude at your local gym.. word can get out fast, cops and all that ****. But if you order yourself no one knows your business.. I dunno just an opinion

I know, not gonna go into detail but I get good gear for next to nothing. I have another source but I guess I’m just curious about 19-nor. Tbh I’ve never done Deca.
 
Just my .02.
I still use PH/DS. There’s still a few good ones. It just seems like since the ban, it’s Dmz Msten and few injectables. I wouldn’t go getting M14add, when I just picked up actual Dbol on the cheap. (Lucky score, expires in 6 months). No need to hope it converts at 40% or anything, it’s 100% now..
I do understand the legality part of it, there’s no disrespect intended, I just think, want a 19-nor, go get a 19-nor injectable. They are the most side-effect riddled anabolic compounds out there, if you want to go that route, just get a little test, some nandrolone phenyl-prop, get it from a trusted source online(ask around) and research nice, manageable doses and what ancillaries to run(AI, prolactin antagonist, etc)

I’ve noticed a trend with these supplement companies making these compounds that convert and charging $75-$100 a bottle.
I miss LGI. $29.99 for SD, Epi. And all that was actually good stuff..
 
Id use the pro dienolone thats available in transdermal carrier. Itd probably 3 times stronger than 19 nor dhea and you can buy legally online. Im on it now gainz of 6 lbs in 21 days muscle fullness/pump is 24/7 and strength gainz already.

DMZ is dimethazine.. I remember dimethazine was thenfirst prohormones I ever ran in 2011. It was steel crushers dymethaberry sublingual tablets that came in a tin and actually tasted like the flavor it was named after hence berry. They also had a halodrol called halo cherry.. epistane was epimint and last was phera Plex as pheracane! Who remember them?

What dosage are you running? Are you splitting the dosage up per day?

What kind of base are you running with it and how do you dose TDs?
 
Dunno what it’s like in the us but in the uk it’s not illegal to buy steroids but it is to sell them, so easy to get good pharma gear here.
 
Most anabolic steroids in the USA are a controlled substance like cocaine or heroin. Now most designer steroids that were legal to buy from a retail store are now becoming controlled substance also.
 
If you get a 19 nor ph, get a decanoated one. HTP Decabolin for instance.

On the subject of a Deca only cycle, there are many people who that works for. So if you're one of those people, using a prodienolone decanoate or 19nor dhea decanoate would be a great legal alternative.
