Hey guys! heres my video i just took yesterday! im 9 days out from "Raw Nationals" in York, PA..
and hoping to hit this 425 at the meet... a "like" or "comment" would really help me out with my channel..

No raising of the butt, no foot movement, even lockout of the arms, great press man! Normally the press command in a meet takes away about 10% though.
