First off I don't know if people get pissed when people do this so cut me some slack, I just wish I would have seen something like this at an earlier age

Yea decided college ball wasn't my thing and am focusing towards bodybuilding/ power lifting I'll post pics daily I think

My lifting partner is in the hospital due to anaphelytic(?) shock from a peanut allergy lets pray for him

Well I just turned 19 last Wednesday... gettin old sucks.
Anyways I've been at ends on cutting or not.
Currently I'm sitting at 251.3 lb... ya you read that right
I'm still fairly lean and I want to get bigger so I will probably do that.

Haha well yea but I can deal with it my metabolism is unreal right now, like if I don't eat two cups of rice before bed I drop 3 pounds haha not cool

I had a Chemistry exam today and I quite honestly raped it which pumped me up for this workout

Leg EXT 35x15 SLLOOOOOWWW!!!!!!

Calves mixed in there between almost every rep.
BTW I can't walk
