Yeah I'm trying to get up my strength and then I'm going to do a mass cycle for legs. I'm at... 405 for squat (reps) of 12.
That's pretty damn good depending on depth, but I'm assuming you go pretty deep. Unless you're 5'4" thats great work.

Sounds like they are coming along very well, is that while on? or natty? Are you wrapping your knees? It's real cool to be able to bury big numbers raw, but I'm really leaning toward wrapping more, my knees really feel so much better when I wrap. I haven't wrapped until I hit mid 400s but I think I'm going to start at around 365lbs from now on. The combo of squat/bike is taking a toll on my old knees.

Nice pinner you Sally, lol. Good work bro, i'm hoping to get that lean in next couple months.

I'm thinking about doing something for my knees as I'm hoping I don't injure them. I have injured my knees in the past from leg press (SD cycle too much too fast). Right now I'm just doing it with bar, weight and the stupid pad. Guess you're not a real juggernaut until you do it without the pad.

Pad Bad :trout:

Are those Asse to the Grass squats? 405 is some very respectable weight!
Yesterday I watched a kid do 275 (1/4squat/good morning) He lost it on the 3rd rep and his safety bars were set a wee bit to low, very amusing to watch. Fortunately he landed the bar without getting hurt. Later I went over and gave him a hand, his form was scaring me, plus it reminded me of myself 20yrs ago. Sorry for the story, was just thinking about it.

Not exactly ass to the grass. Just Past 90 by about 10 degrees and up. Yeah. I saw a guy doing 405. I thought he was doing calf raises with them but he was squatting...
