17 days out prep advice

I'm getting ready to do my first show, the branch warren classic july 7th. I've done a phew practice preps to kind of get a feel for what I'm getting into but never all out. I just wanted to get some advice as far as diet, cardio, drying out, putting together a posing routine and stuff like that.
My current diet is just under 2000calories i believe.
My macros are: protein 280 carbs 110 fat 54
I'm 6'0 19yrs. Old and 225
I'm currently doing 45min of cardio twice a day along with posing practice 7 days a week and i workout 6-7 days a week all.
I'll be competing in teen bodybuilding.

I'd look for posing tips/videos from Kenny Wallach, as he's one of the best posing coaches around.

No problem man. It might not look like it, but he used to compete as well. I'm hoping to go see him before my next comp.

And i did my whole prep myself. I made a couple mistakes but it was a great experience and i learned a lot
